Zaxel Syestems, Inc. Appoints Charles Taylor Vice President Slaes, North America & Europe.

Sunnyvale, CA (April, 2005) — Zaxel Systems Inc. today announced the appointment of Charles Taylor as Vice President Sales, North America and Europe.

Mr. Taylor brings 35 years of sales & sales management, marketing management, and engineering experience in selling broadcast and video systems to movie studios, television stations, cable networks, and government video facilities. Mr. Taylor held a number of positions with Sony Electronics over a 25-year span, most recently that of Senior Vice President (VP), Studios & Post Division. Prior positions with Sony included VP/General Manager, Central Zone; Sr. VP, Sales for all product divisions, VP, Sales and Marketing for broadcast products, and Regional Sales Mgr, Southwest Region. Before joining Sony, Mr. Taylor held a variety of engineering positions with Ampex Corporation.
